Thank you 2011...

2011, has given me  a lot of memories. The one that left sweet memories and the one with the bitter memories. Now I would like to thank these people for always be by my side, who will support me when I was down and sad, the one will share the happiness and sorrow.

Thank you for every single person, who have become someone in my life. Thank you for the memories, thank you for the moment we had spend together. For my beloved family, I'll pray from HIM, that we'll be bless forever. My best buddies, Kat, Miza, Nur, Siti, Yana and Wany, may all of us will never be a part, although there will be time, when we need to walk in our own lane, never let the road to separates us. Our heart will always be together.

Ways to reduce your stress!

I’m writing this during my examination period, because I realize this is the time, where I feel a lot of stress in my life. This is based on my own experience not from the scientifically observation, experiment or any study.
  1.  Sleep.  Help you to rest. After a long period of stress we usually felt very tired, so sleep may help us to gain back all of the energy and after sleep, we may have a fresh start. It may also help you to forget something that will always make you. For me, sleeping is one way to escape from the reality, maybe we want to run for a while from the entire burden and stresses, so sleeping will us all to escape from the problems and the stress. I usually will sleep after I have a paper, and then I’ll feel better and ready for the next one.   
  2. Eat. It is not that you need to eat every time when you get stress. Sometimes you might feel dizzy and unmotivated to do something, at this moment I’ll always prepare something sweet. Chocolate always make me feels better. Hot chocolate, chocolate cake or even the chocolate bars itself, because chocolate contain something that may boost up your hormone to be happier. Or maybe after a stress day, you may have a dinner or lunch with your love one, friends or maybe family, while you are having the meals, you may share your problems and worrisome with them. This will really help me a lot. Last night, I went out for dinner with my beloved friends, this really help me to feel better. Thanks to Miza and Wany who are willing to listen to my problems and took me out for a while. 
  3. Recreational. When I was a second year student, I went for martial art class. I realized that after kicking and punching, I felt better. The sweating really helps you come down. Maybe when you concentrating on the other things it help you to focus and forgot the other things. Maybe other people have their own interest, maybe jogging, running, swimming, you may feel better. I really want to go for this martial art class again, but for this semester I were too busy to go for that, plus I don’t have partner to go there, so I just forget about it. I really miss the moment that I can punch and kick, when I’m the one who had been kicked and punch, it was really a good memory.  In a nutshell, sports or any recreational activities may help you to reduce your stress. 
  4. Talk with friends. I really need to talk with someone when I am having a big burden of stress. Sometimes it is not about talking the stress out, but anything in your mind. I am the one that really concern when talking with someone about my stress because I think that not everyone can understand your feeling, so I can talk about anything else, as long as I have someone to talk with. We can talk about the gossip, new story about something that happens around you, actress, actors or maybe the new film at the cinema. As long as you talk about something, it may help you with the stress. For someone who likes to talk about the stress, just go on with it, because your friend might have solutions for your problems or maybe at least helps you to feel better. 
  5. Singing. This is the one that I like the most. Sorry for my roommate, when I start to sing, that is mean that I am on stress. You can always go for karaoke, the loud music maybe help you to disregard everything. You might want to sing something that might need you to shout out loud, because shouting actually may help you to express your inner feeling. Maybe there are some people who do not like to go to the place that is full of people and has the loud song, you can just sing along with the music from your PC. Have your headphone on you and start singing whatever you like. Let the music rock you! 
  6. Talk with your mother or someone that you think know you better than yourself. Actually this one really helps me a lot. You sometimes, don’t even know yourself better. So for me, my mother knows better, she knows the things that may calm me down and know my habits. So, please talk with someone, maybe your husband, your partner, your good friends, your wife, about the stress.  They might not have the solution but they can understand you and help to sooth your feeling and stress. I believe that mother always have her own specialty in soothing my heart. Thus, every time I face difficulties in my life, my mother is the one who will help me to feel better.

One of the methods above might help you in having a better life. So, don’t live your life with full of stress and burden. Try to have a healthy life. A healthy mind contributes to the healthier physical attribute.

The examination timetable




 The final examination slip is already available. As expected, I'll be having my examination at my beloved education  building. No need to rush around another building for my examination. The last paper will be on 13 before I have my short break and start with the teaching practice. It is confirm, I'll be at Sungai Pusu again. Alhamdulillah, He had helped us with the burden. Thank you Allah. After all Sungai Pusu,, is nearer than Wangsa Melawati. We already got our permission letter, and still there is something need to be done. The application for LIDV on January, 3. Then all i need to do, is just to prepare mentally and physically for the teaching practice. I hope everything will be fine as it is.
